Plugin Description

The 'LinkZoho' plugin is a software solution developed by Krenovate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. that allows users to integrate their WooCommerce store with Zoho Books, a cloud-based accounting software. By purchasing and installing the 'LinkZoho' plugin, users can automate their bookkeeping tasks, including order creation, inventory management, and invoicing, and improve their accounting accuracy and efficiency.

Plugin Purchase and License

You can purchase the 'LinkZoho' plugin by visiting https://www.linkzoho.com/. The plugin is available for a one-time payment of $199 and $299 for its standard and premium version respectively for a single site annual license. The payment is non-refundable. The plugin will be delivered to you via email upon receipt of payment. The 'LinkZoho' plugin is licensed under the GPL v3 (GNU General Public License version 3). By purchasing and using the 'LinkZoho' plugin, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the GPL v3.

Plugin Support and Updates

Krenovate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. provides support and updates for the 'LinkZoho' plugin for one year from the date of purchase. After the one-year period, you can renew your support and update subscription by paying the annual subscription price. The support and updates subscription includes access to the latest plugin updates and bug fixes and technical support via email.

Warranty and Liability

The 'LinkZoho' plugin is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Krenovate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee that the 'LinkZoho' plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the 'LinkZoho' plugin.

Intellectual Property

Krenovate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. owns all intellectual property rights, including copyright, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights, in and to the 'LinkZoho' plugin. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer any part of the 'LinkZoho' plugin without our prior written consent.

Termination

This Agreement will terminate immediately upon your breach of any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the 'LinkZoho' plugin and delete all copies of the plugin from your website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Modification

Krenovate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. We will notify you of any material changes to these terms and conditions by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the 'LinkZoho' plugin after the posting of the modified terms and conditions will be deemed to be your acceptance of the changes.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Krenovate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. regarding your use of the 'LinkZoho' plugin and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

The failure of Krenovate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

By using the 'LinkZoho' plugin, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not access or use the 'LinkZoho' plugin.
